DIIMS is a patent project developed to streamline operations and enhance organizational efficiency through smart, technology-driven solutions. Designed with the vision of creating “Workshop on Click,” the system ensures that every critical function is accessible instantly, enabling seamless monitoring, informed decision-making, and optimal resource utilization. DIIMS comprises two core modules—Administration & Technical Modules; integrated into a unified, user-friendly platform. The Administration module provides biometric-based human resource management, offering complete employee biodata and attendance records at the click of a button. It also manages vehicle and visitor IN/OUT records and oversees inventory, ensuring transparency and accountability across all operations. The Technical module focuses on end-to-end monitoring of vehicle overhaul assembly line down to the floor level. It enables prospective planning, resource forecasting, and integrates data analytics to uphold quality management standards. The software not only enhances efficiency in repair workflows but also supports continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
